Utah Homes and Vacation Rentals LLC was established in 2017 after a successful trial listing of a home in Kaysville, Utah, on Airbnb. The strong performance and positive guest reviews led Airbnb to designate the company as an optional co-host for other homeowners seeking support with listing and managing their properties.
This exposure led to the company’s first external management opportunity in December 2018, when an investor from Park City requested help managing a condo in Eden, Utah, near Powder Mountain. As results and guest satisfaction grew, so did word-of-mouth referrals. By early 2019, the company was managing four properties in the Ogden Valley, all acquired through direct outreach from homeowners.
Recognizing a strong demand for high-quality, locally based property management in Utah’s mountain regions, the company expanded its portfolio and transitioned into full-time operations in 2020. Building lasting relationships with both homeowners and guests remains a core focus of the business.
